I would really like to see the ability to have customized fields so that I can collect addresses and other info. Are the any future updates planned to accommodate this.

I agree. This should have been included in an update ages ago. It's on it's way very soon...

Has the customisable fields been added yet? This would be ideal if it has. Not worth it otherwise.
